The 22 Creedmoor cartridge is basically a 6.5 Creedmoor case necked down to launch 22 Caliber projectiles. The 22 Creedmoor sends these 22 caliber bullets anywhere from 3,000 to 3,800 fps making it a great varmint round. This brass was purpose made from the ground up for use with 22 Creedmoor and avoids many of the headaches involved with necking down 6.5 Creedmoor brass. The Alpha 22 Creedmoor brass is available with either a Large or Small Rifle prime pockets and ships in 100 count custom Alpha Munitions plastic cases with perforated bi-layer foam for protection of cases during shipping and can be used for loaded ammunition.
