The Archangel OPFOR AK-series forend is designed for all short forend AK’s. Comprising f (4) pieces: a lower hand guard, two (2) upper hand guards (one with integral 12-o’clock Picatinny rail), and an internal heat shield; the hand guards are constructed of legendary high strength, carbon fiber and glass reinforced black polymer. The lower hand guard has a comfortable swell and is grooved for grip control; the upper hand guards are aggressively grooved allowing a firm grip by the off hand.
