Ruger enhanced its 9mm PC Carbine in 2019 with an all-new offering that features an improved handguard with more accessory-attachment options. Each Ruger PC Carbine is built with the same takedown mechanism used in the company's popular 10/22 Takedown system, allowing the gun to be easily stored or transported in two pieces.
