The New KDG HK 556 M-LOK rail is a direct mount rail system replacing the factory HK 556 rail systems. The new rail offers a more ergonomic M-LOK rail system that is also lighter, and longer than HK’s standard rail. The profile of the KDG rail allows for maximum ergonomics for the operator. M-LOK attachment slots not only offer improved modularity but added weight savings over Picatinny. The KDG HK 556 rail comes in two lengths, 10" and 14". It features a continuous monolithic picatinny rail at the 12 o’clock position, and M-LOK mounting slots at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions.
