Hornady Great Plains lead Muzzleloading bullets were designed specifically for hunting. These bullets feature 3 different bearing surfaces, the base has the smallest diameter to ease loading, the middle and top gets increasingly larger to help engage the rifling and grooves of the rifle. The base has a thin skirt that expands upon firing to seal the bore, preventing loss of velocity. Bullets come pre-lubed with all natural lube. Mfg: Hornady
