The Ed Brown Ambidextrous Machined Tactical Thumb Safety provides a slim pad for use in tactical or concealed carry applications. This is the same as the Wide Ambidextrous Safety but with the levers trimmed to a 1/8" slender profile for better carry and concealment. This version is fully machined from stock for unbeatable quality and no chance of warping or porosity. This design uses a special hammer pin (included) to hold the safety securely, eliminating the need to modify the grips. Designed for all 1911 type frames and made from high quality steel.
